Welcome to the May edition of CORESafety TV — the online video program from the National Mining Association.

While it’s obvious that CORESafety is an effective safety and health management system for many large American mining operations, it’s also proving to be beneficial to at least one smaller “start-up” project – Twin Metals Minnesota. 

Twin Metals Minnesota is a joint venture between Duluth Metals and Antofagasta Minerals in Chile that started back in 2010. The company recently submitted its Mine Plan of Operations to federal and state reviewers in December 2019.
