Twin Metals Minnesota is seeking permission through a Special Use Permit (SUP) to access Superior National Forest lands for future hydrogeologic study activities involving the collection of groundwater data. The study will provide valuable data for mapping groundwater and its interaction with surface water, documenting current baseline conditions, and supporting the environmental review and permitting process. The following documents have been submitted to appropriate state and federal agencies.
